Why does Sparkavis exist?
Google reviews have become an important contact point between a local business and its customers. For many merchants, tradespeople, self-employed professionals and small businesses, tracking and replying to reviews takes time.
Sparkavis was built to make this work easier from a phone. Its goal is to make Google reputation management more accessible, without requiring technical skills.
What does the Sparkavis app do?
Sparkavis helps businesses reply to Google reviews with Spark, its AI reply assistant, with 3 tones and more than 30 languages. The app also offers configurable automatic replies based on the customer's rating.
It includes Sparlyse, AI summaries of reviews, a reputation score out of 100, Google Posts publishing, a “Leave a review” QR code, multi-location management and negative review alerts.
