Accessibility
Sparkavis supports several native accessibility features on iOS and Android.
Our goal is to make Google Business Profile review management clear, readable, and usable for as many people as possible.
This statement describes the accessibility features currently supported in the app.
VoiceOver and TalkBack
Sparkavis can be navigated with VoiceOver on iOS and TalkBack on Android. Buttons, fields, and controls in the app include spoken labels so they can be understood with a screen reader.
On iOS, you can enable VoiceOver in Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver. On Android, you can enable TalkBack in Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack.
Larger Text
Sparkavis respects the system font size set on your device. Text in the app increases according to the device's text size setting.
On iOS, you can adjust text size in Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size. On Android, you can change font size in Settings > Accessibility > Text and display.
Sufficient Contrast
Text colors used in Sparkavis meet WCAG AA contrast ratios. This helps keep content and main actions readable.
You can also use your device's contrast options. On iOS, these are available in Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size. On Android, they are usually available in Settings > Accessibility > Color and motion or Display.
Reduced Motion
Sparkavis respects the system reduced motion setting. When this setting is enabled, non-essential animations, such as some loading animations and opening transitions, are disabled.
On iOS, you can enable this option in Settings > Accessibility > Motion > Reduce Motion. On Android, you can reduce animations in Settings > Accessibility > Color and motion, or through the system animation options.
Not Relying on Color Alone
Important states are not indicated by color alone. For example, a negative review, a flagged review, or a reply status is also shown with text and icons.
This helps make the state of an item easier to understand, including when color perception is limited or changed by device settings.
What Is Not Applicable
Captions and audio descriptions are not applicable to Sparkavis, because the app does not contain video or audio content.
