1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Sparkavis mobile application, published by Drylead. By using the application, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Sparkavis is a mobile application for managing Google Business Profile reviews. It offers the following features:

• Google review consultation and management
• AI-powered review response generation
• Google Posts publishing
• Visibility statistics consultation
• Business profile management

3. Registration and Account

Access to Sparkavis requires a Google account with a Google Business profile. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Sparkavis offers a free plan and paid subscriptions (Pro, Business). Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store. Renewal is automatic unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Use of AI

Responses generated by artificial intelligence are suggestions. You remain fully responsible for content published on your Google Business listing. We recommend reviewing and adapting each response before publication.

6. Liability

Sparkavis strives to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for consequences related to responses published on your Google Business listings.

7. Intellectual Property

The Sparkavis application, its design, code and content are the property of Drylead. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial changes.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
